When using our services, ecomparo (hereinafter referred to as "Provider") asks you at different positions for personal data. While you visit ecomparo, our web server raises general technical information such as browser type, screen size, operating system used, the IP address of your machine which websites you have visited with us and the date and time of your visit in order to operate the website.

2. Personal Data

You can use ecomparo any time without registration or login. Personal data is only collected if you provide it voluntarily (for example when registering to the newsletter). Personal information is only collected and processed when it is necessary to provide you with information, pay schedules, services, or to supply other products. Non-anonymized personal data to third parties only is only given when this is necessary in individual cases for the enforcement of rights of provider rights, especially due payment claims against delinquent customers or it is required by law. Neither we nor Mailchimp will ever sell your email address or share it with any other party, unless we are legally compelled to do so.
